The distance between doing something and finding out how you did. It’s where confidence is won or lost — in classrooms, lecture halls and interviews. We’re building software to shrink it to nothing, at every stage of a software career.
easyloops started from a stubborn observation: people improve fastest when feedback is immediate, honest and low-stakes — and almost no software is built that way. Our first product is taking shape around it: a way for university students and working engineers to learn by doing, inside tight loops of practice and feedback rather than passive video.
The same idea points in two more directions. Tortoise Learning brings it to school students — learning that moves at a child’s own pace, never rushing, never shaming. loopwyse brings it to the other side of the table — a structured, fair technical-interviewing loop for hiring teams instead of a pile of gut-feel notes.
Three platforms that follow a person along one arc — school, to university and career, to the interview that opens the next door. We’re a founder-led company based in London, established in 2026, and we intend to stay independent enough to keep betting on that arc for a long time.
Every loop has a human inside it — a nervous candidate, a curious kid, a stretched engineer. We design for them first and optimise the dashboard second.
Useful feedback is specific and sometimes uncomfortable. We’d rather tell the truth kindly than flatter someone into a worse outcome.
We hire slowly, ship deliberately, and let products earn their scale. The tortoise is on a logo for a reason.
Founder-led, so the only people we have to answer to are the ones using the products.
It’s the one sentence behind every product decision we make. If a feature doesn’t tighten the loop between effort and feedback, it probably doesn’t ship.
Reps that feel like the real thing, so the first time isn’t the first time.
Specific, fast and fair — a signal you can act on, not a grade at the end.
Every loop leaves a trace, so you can watch the line move and trust it.
We’re growing carefully across product, engineering, design and research.
